This guy is spot on. In this short clip, he mentions glyphosate , but it’s not just glyphosate that’s the problem. We also genetically altered wheat to produce a larger yielding crop, but, in doing so, we've changed its composition molecularly into something that is difficult (and, in some cases, impossible) for the body to break down, driving inflammation and raising blood sugars.
