Over the past six years, Kaeleigh has made an impact not only through her work with clients and families, but also through her commitment to helping our team continue to learn and grow. She has been instrumental in bringing our supervisors together to discuss current research, share ideas, and foster a culture of collaboration and professional growth.

Celebrating 8 years of Jessi! 🎉

Jessi is one of our most senior team members and the kind of leader who makes everyone around her better. She is compassionate, positive, and always the biggest hype woman for her staff and the families she serves. She leads by example, celebrates the successes of those around her, and creates an environment where people feel supported and encouraged to grow.

Starting ABA can come with a lot of questions, uncertainty, and expectations.

Over the years, we've had many conversations with families about things they wish they had known at the beginning of their journey. Some of the biggest lessons have less to do with ABA itself and more to do with how progress often looks in real life.

Progress is not always obvious right away. It is not always linear. Sometimes the biggest wins are the hardest to measure.

Weston is the kind of teammate every clinic hopes to have. He consistently brings a positive attitude, a willingness to jump in wherever needed, and a team-first mindset that makes a difference for both his coworkers and the learners he serves.

Over this past year, we have seen tremendous growth in Weston’s confidence and independence. Whether he is supporting a learner, helping a teammate, or bringing energy and fun into a session, he approaches it all with patience, flexibility, and a great attitude.

Ashlea brings so much warmth, energy, and positivity to the U Street clinic each day. She is incredibly hands-on with her clients and has a way of making sessions feel fun, engaging, and supportive for everyone around her.

Whether she is pairing through play, celebrating big wins, or helping clients work through challenging moments with patience and encouragement, her care for the children she works with is obvious in every interaction. 💚
