Celebrating 15 years of dedication from Rocio Cervantes!

Rocio's journey with FBG is a great example of what can be achieved through hard work, commitment and a passion for serving others. Over the past 15 years, she has grown into her role as Operations Manager in the Minnesota District, overseeing a wide range of accounts across Minnesota and Wisconsin while supporting both customers and team members.

Congratulations to Amber Ferry, recipient of FBG's Innovation and Experimentation Value Award!

For six years, Amber has demonstrated creativity, determination and a commitment to finding solutions. As an Operations Supervisor in the Cedar Rapids District, she oversees accounts in Fort Dodge, Iowa, where recruiting can be challenging. When presented with a new recruiting strategy, Amber embraced the opportunity, helping create and distribute flyers while encouraging others to think differently about attracting talent.

Her resourcefulness extends beyond recruiting. When laundry equipment at one of her hospital accounts was out of service for several months, Amber quickly developed an alternative solution and personally helped ensure operations continued without interruption.

Amber consistently looks for new ways to overcome challenges, support her teams and keep her accounts running smoothly. Her willingness to innovate and take initiative makes a lasting impact across FBG.

Over the past two years, Ruben has been a steady and dependable presence with FBG in Omaha, currently supporting Honeywell. He is known for stepping up when needed, taking on additional responsibilities and helping keep operations running smoothly, especially during busy or short-staffed periods.

Ruben consistently takes ownership of his work and ensures tasks are completed with care and attention to detail. His proactive approach helps maintain stability across the account and supports the high standards expected by our customers.

When leadership is not immediately available, Ruben naturally steps in to help guide the team, prioritize tasks and keep work on track. His ability to lead in those moments has earned the respect of both coworkers and supervisors.

June is National Safety Month! For 30 years, the National Safety Council has encouraged organizations and individuals to prioritize safety at work, at home and on the road.

Since joining FBG in April 2025, Tim Powell has made an immediate impact at the BioLife Plasma Services location in Ankeny, Iowa through his attention to detail and pride in his work.

Tim understands that there is a difference between simply getting the job done and truly going above and beyond. Much like the difference between a quick car wash and a professional detailing service, Tim brings an extra level of care that helps the facility stand out every day.

From maintaining a clean and organized environment to finding efficient ways to improve his workflow, Tim’s thoughtful approach helps create a professional and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and donors.
