We love helping Seniors stay independent in thier own home or independent senior community. The staff at Personal Med Check is dedicated to help you and your loved one design a personalized plan to fit your needs. A variety of services are available to assist you and/or a loved one such as: Medication Reminders 1x to 3x per day, Personal Hygiene Needs, Companion Care( hourly to 24/7), Errands, Out

ings, Doctor Visits, and Assistance during and after hospitalization or medical procedures. Your care is very important to the staff at Personal Med Check. Every individual is different and the Personal Med Check staff have the ability to accommodate your needs. Please feel free to contact our with any questions that you may have.
