I think I can finally say it…

For months, I’ve been quietly creating something that became far more personal than I ever expected.

Our wounds create ripples. But so does our healing.

There were moments while creating these journeys that I cried. Moments I had to stop and reflect on my own life. And moments when I realized just how much of what I was creating came from things I had lived myself.

☕️MORNING COFFEE THOUGHT

The weight loss wasn't the ripple. The ripple was believing I was worth taking care of.

Most transformations don't begin with motivation. They begin with one small decision repeated over and over.

"What is one small ripple of joy you've experienced this week?"

Today wasn't about work.

It wasn't about creating content, checking boxes, or crossing things off a list.

It was about slowing down.

My husband and I spent the day at the zoo, and I found myself watching something I've become fascinated by—how behaviors are passed from one generation to the next.

Animals teach their young how to survive, where to find food, how to respond to danger, and even how to interact with others.

As I watched, I couldn't help but think about The Ripple Effect.

We do the same thing.

We learn patterns, beliefs, habits, fears, strengths, and ways of seeing the world from those around us. Some of those ripples serve us beautifully. Others may be patterns we've carried for years without realizing it.

But what struck me most today wasn't just the learning.

It was the joy.

The curiosity.

The presence.

Animals aren't worried about next week.

They aren't replaying yesterday.

They simply show up for the moment they're in.

Maybe that's part of the lesson.

Sometimes healing isn't about doing more.

Sometimes it's about slowing down long enough to notice what's already here.

Small moments. Small choices. Small ripples.

And those ripples often become the most meaningful ones.
