Love this! Had to share!

Sure, the box stores might be a little cheaper.

But when you shop at Sherbondy’s, you’re not paying for someone to scan a barcode and point vaguely toward “Garden Center Aisle 12.”

You’re paying for 50+ years of actual knowledge, customer service, and plants that weren’t abandoned behind a pallet of mulch last Tuesday.

You’re also supporting local cancer fundraisers, 4-H programs, kids groups, and the community that supports you right back.

So yes… you could save $2 somewhere else.

But then who’s going to tell you why your hydrangea looks dramatically “permanently indisposed” or why your tree leaves have a funny color, or what that bug pesticide is that you need?

Spring has sprung here in Omaha 🌼🌱!

Happy First day of Spring 🌸🌙!

As spring unfolds our bodies transition from the stillness of winter to the vibrancy of the season. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), spring is governed by the Wood element, corresponding to the liver and gallbladder.

If the liver’s Qi becomes stagnant-due to stress, poor diet, or emotional tension-we might experience frustration, irritability, or physical symptoms like tight muscles and headaches. Spring, then, is the ideal time to nurture this energy, supporting the liver to ensure our Qi flows freely and our bodies mirror nature’s renewal.

Right now - we ALL have some version of liver Qi stagnation just by virtue of living in this day and age.

Now is the time to focus on gentle movement. Take note of your emotional well-being. Eat foods that aid in gentle detoxification like bitter, sour foods and stay away from fatty, greasy foods, or alcohol.
