Meet one of our incredible birth doulas, Kelly 🤍

Kelly’s path to becoming a labor and delivery doula was shaped by her own experiences with pregnancy and birth. Through difficult pregnancies, unexpected turns, and learning to advocate for herself, she discovered just how powerful it is to feel truly heard, supported, and cared for.

Now, she brings that same kind of steady, compassionate support to the families she serves. Kelly is warm, down to earth, easy to talk to, and passionate about helping families feel confident and cared for, no matter what their birth story looks like.

Outside of doula work, Kelly is a mom of two who loves staying active, reading, and spending time with her family.

Instead of holding one long breath and pushing with everything you have, your care team may guide you into short, light panting breaths. This can help soften that intense urge to push and allow baby’s head to emerge more slowly.

Giving your body a little more time to stretch gradually may help reduce unnecessary strain on the perineal tissues and create a gentler, more controlled birth.
