We specialize in prenatal work. Our other passion is slow paced therapeutic sessions. We are prenatal specialists.

Side lying and pregnancy tummy cut-out table options available for pregnancy sessions. Theta has had continued training and can also offer sessions in the following modalities- myofascial release, crania sacral, deep tissue, Swedish, and sports.

There’s a new little reason to celebrate at Theta Massage! 💕
After spending so much of her career caring for expectant and new moms, our prenatal massage therapist, Becca, is now soaking up this special season with her own sweet baby girl, Grace (“Gracie”).
Mom and baby are healthy and doing wonderfully, and we have to say... Gracie might just be the squishiest, snuggliest little thing we’ve ever seen. 🥹💕

💗 Baby watch has officially begun!
As of today, Becca has started her maternity leave and is getting ready to welcome her third baby girl this coming Monday! We are beyond excited for her family and can’t wait to meet this sweet little babe. 🩷
While Becca is away until approximately mid to late October: ✨ Kelsi has expanded her schedule to accommodate many of Becca’s morning clients. 🤰 Markina will continue offering prenatal massage. 🤰 Starting in August, Kelly will also be returning to our prenatal massage team!
If you’re one of Kelly’s regular clients, now is the time to book your summer and fall appointments before her schedule fills with prenatal sessions.

We are happy to welcome Liz to our team! With 17 years of massage experience, Liz brings a calm, steady touch that helps your body truly let go. She’s especially skilled in relieving neck and shoulder tension- and her migraine work comes from a place of deep personal understanding. Having lived with migraines since childhood, she knows what it’s like to navigate the pain, and her empathy shines through in every session. You can now find Liz here Tuesday-Friday evenings (4-8pm) and Saturdays!
