🍂I was able to go riding with my sweet girl today! It will be a core memory for me. Getting to slow down and just take in this moment with her in this beautiful weather was a great way to end the weekend.🍂

🍁What are some activities that help you slow down?

✨️ Feeling extra grateful for the work that I do and for starting Finding Solace LLC in 2023 and then going into solo private practice in February of 2025.

I started this with the hope that I would be able to have a better work life balance and feel more fulfilled in the work that I do with people on their healing journeys.

Owning my own business is hard work and some days are easier than others. Some days the doubts get the best of me. Some days I feel reaffirmed that this is what my purpose is. Through it all I am proud of what I have been able to accomplish because the "me" who started in this field never even dreamed it could be like this. I also think inner child me would be pretty proud of the person I am and continuing to strive to be 🙌

Most importantly I get to take better care of myself not only my clients but for my sweet kiddos at home.
