✨ Sound Bath & Meditation at My Sacred Temple ✨

Join us Thursday evenings from 6:30–7:30 PM for an hour dedicated to rest, renewal, and inner stillness.

Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, meditation, and intentional presence, we create a space where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can unwind.

Many people attend sound baths to:

Happy Mother’s Day weekend
From My Sacred Temple 🌿✨

I just want to say thank you to the people of Onalaska and the surrounding community for supporting local business, trusting me with your care, and sharing this experience with me this weekend.

Seeing people relax, reconnect, slow down, laugh, breathe, and truly receive has meant so much to me. Every person who walked through the door helped support a dream that continues growing day by day, and I’m deeply grateful for that.

I also want to give a special thank you and Happy Mother’s Day to my mom, Judy 💛
This weekend truly was a family effort, and I couldn’t have done it without her help, support, encouragement, and teamwork behind the scenes.
It means the world to build something like this alongside family and community.

This weekend reminded me how much I love creating these kinds of experiences — combining massage therapy, relaxation, intention, comfort, and connection in a peaceful space where people can simply rest and be cared for.

I’m already looking forward to creating something special for Father’s Day and continuing to offer unique monthly experiences here at My Sacred Temple ✨
