🌳Every Saturday at Oneida City Park I offer a FREE to the community yoga class. We practice at the amphitheater, surrounded by the lovely ambiance the park has to offer. Come try yoga in the great outdoors! Bring a friend and a water.

All experience levels welcome! No need to be flexible or strong first, thats what a yoga PRACTICE is for :)

What will we do? I target the whole body. We will do postures that move the spine in all 6 directions, release tension in the hips, and melt stress in the jaw and shoulders. All while improving cardiovascular health and breath capacity, increasing stamina, and creating mobility in the joints by building gentle strength using your own body weight.

🌿Then at 11am is Deep Stretch Yoga 😌 We will slow it down and move even deeper to reduce joint and muscle pain. Come relax and balance your mind and body for a rejuvenating lunch break. You won't regret taking this time for yourself ❤️
