Overview:
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives? Genesis Back & Neck is actively seeking a new team member for the position of Rehab/Spinal Decompression Tech. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a caring and authentic personality, and genuinely loves helping others. Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Utilize the DRX-9000 technology to assist patients recovering from bulging and herniated discs through spinal decompression.
Harness and assist patients during treatment sessions.
Manage patient flow and ensure a welcoming and supportive environment.
Oversee patient progress
Keep accurate medical notes at each visit
Informing new patients of what to expect
Answering phones

Requirements:
Genuine passion for helping people with extreme comfort around individuals.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Effective communicator

Details:
Position: Approximately 32-36 hours per week.
Hourly wage: $25 per hour
Complimentary chiropractic care for yourself and immediate family members.

Look at that face. 🎪

That’s pure, unfiltered joy — no hesitation, no second-guessing, just full-body enthusiasm for the moment he’s in. Kids do this instinctively. They don’t ration their excitement or save it for later. They spend it all, right now, on whatever’s in front of them.

Legendary football coach Jim Harbaugh talks about a lesson his father drilled into him and his brother growing up: “Attack the day with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind.” As adults, we tend to file that away as a “someday” mindset — something we’ll get back to once things settle down. But watch a child for five minutes and you’ll remember it’s not a mindset you build. It’s one you uncover.

Here’s the connection to what we do every day in our office: that kind of enthusiasm — the energy, the curiosity, the total presence in the moment — isn’t just emotional. It’s neurological. A nervous system that’s clear of interference is a nervous system that can actually feel joy fully, respond to the world without static, and recover quickly when life throws stress at it.
