💜 Recovery Ridge Sober Living 💜
💜 Carl Bell, House Manager 💜

We are thrilled to introduce Carl Bell, a vital member of our team at Recovery Ridge!

As our House Manager, Carl has made a remarkable impact on the lives of our residents. He fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere where everyone feels secure and valued. His attentive nature allows him to truly listen to the concerns of each individual, offering guidance through everyday challenges while maintaining a vibrant and uplifting energy in the house. Carl aims to be that reassuring presence that helps residents feel right at home from the very first moment.

Having grown up in this community, Carl possesses a genuine passion for helping others, particularly as he personally understands the challenges of addiction. His experiences with losing loved ones to substance use have solidified his commitment to assist individuals on their recovery journey. Each time he sees someone make progress toward sobriety, it reinforces his dedication to this meaningful work.

We truly appreciate Carl's presence on the Recovery Ridge team. He exemplifies the belief that recovery is achievable and reminds everyone that they don’t have to navigate the tough times alone.

Highway 27 Unity Club: A Place of Hope, Growth, and Second Chances

The Highway 27 Unity Club is proud to announce a meaningful new chapter in its journey of serving the recovery community. We have officially acquired our location, securing a safe and welcoming space that will continue to be available for individuals for as long as they need it. This stability allows us to better fulfill our mission—helping people from all walks of life find support, healing, and a path toward rebuilding their lives.

This space is more than just a building—it’s a lifeline. Every day, individuals come through our doors seeking connection, understanding, and the tools necessary to overcome addiction and life’s challenges. The impact has been powerful, with many finding hope and purpose again.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Jerry and Dianne Slaven for this incredible gift. Their generosity has made it possible for us to continue serving the community in a bigger and more meaningful way. Their belief in recovery and in people has truly changed lives.

Since reopening, the Highway 27 Unity Club has expanded its meeting schedule to better serve the needs of our community. We’ve added two additional meetings, including a noon meeting, to accommodate those who work varying shifts. This ensures that more individuals have access to recovery support at times that fit their daily lives.

In addition to their generosity with the club, Jerry and Dianne—owners of JDS—have gone even further by providing employment opportunities to members of our recovery community. These jobs are more than just work; they represent dignity, responsibility, and a renewed sense of purpose. For many, this has been a crucial step in reclaiming their lives and building a stable future.

The Highway 27 Unity Club continues to stand as a beacon of hope, unity, and transformation. With the support of compassionate individuals like Jerry and Dianne Slaven, we are able to make a lasting difference—one life at a time.
