Want to make a meaningful impact in a child's life, even if you don't have experience yet? SparkJoy ABA is hiring! We offer full RBT training, so no prior certification is required—just bring your passion for helping others.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available!

What you’ll do:

Complete training to become a certified RBT

Work 1:1 with children using individualized ABA treatment plans

Teach communication, daily living, and social skills

Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs

Support families through parent training and consistent communication
