We are so excited that our Executive Director at Eastern Oregon Center for Independent Living got to speak on behalf of The United States International Council on Disability (USICD), as that organization's President at COSP19. COSP19 stands for the 19th Session of the Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). Kirt spoke about the global work that USICD is doing to ensure that disabled people globally are not only served and cared for, but heard. Bravo Kirt.
