I absolutely loved getting to visit with a sweet mama who is 32 weeks pregnant today. 💓 there is something so special about slowing down, sitting down together, talking, laughing, listening, and simply being present in someone’s journey.

For me, this has never been just about business. It’s about relationships. It’s about caring for people, can celebrating their milestones, encouraging them in the in between moments, and letting them know they are seen and supported.

Whether I’m serving someone professionally or simply showing up as a friend and encourage her, I want people to feel valued, not like a number, not like a transaction, but like a person who matters.

Today was a beautiful reminder that the best part of what I do is often found in the connection. 💓 praying for a healthy, peaceful reminder of pregnancy and a safe delivery for this precious Mama and baby.

Hello everyone! Life has been busy lately BUT IM BACK! And I already go my first Birth on the books. I have several things I am working on for Mama Doula International, so follow along as I BIRTH the fullness of what this vision was supposed to be from the begining.

For placenta encapsulations please reach out to Jada Holder. Mama Doula is changing as I am studying to become a Nurse Practitioner in woman’s health specializing in OB.

I’m still doing doula services but have chosen to source out Placenta Encapsulation as I have no time for studies and doula.

Language matters….

"When a woman is pregnant, she is not "expecting a child" - she already has one. She is not "going to be a mother" - she already is a mother.
