Tonight’s Water Reset Ritual was beautiful, as always. 🌊🤍

But one little moment truly melted my heart — we welcomed our youngest guest yet, sweet Ella, just 11 years old. Watching her settle into the experience, receive the sounds and vibrations, and simply enjoy that space of rest at such a young age was so special to witness. 🥹🤍

It reminded me that rest, calm, and learning to slow down are gifts we can begin giving ourselves at any age.

Thank you to every beautiful soul who joined us tonight, trusted Sukha, and allowed us to hold this space for you. Each Water Reset feels different, but the gratitude I carry after every one is always the same — so full. 🌊✨

You’ve probably been seeing this beautiful bowl in our recent posts… and there’s a little story behind it. 🤍

When I was in India last October, I experienced this Standing Bowl and immediately felt connected to it. I knew I wanted to bring one home to Sukha, but at that time I simply wasn’t ready to make the investment.

I told the seller, “I want this bowl. I just can’t do it right now, but I’ll reach out when I’m ready.” And so kindly, he waited for me.

Just like the other instruments I use at Sukha, this bowl is coming to us from India — chosen intentionally, not simply added to create something new.

Beginning in October, the Sukha Standing Bowl will become part of our Water Reset Ritual.

Each guest will first step inside the bowl and feel the vibration travel upward from beneath the feet. As soon as your turn is complete, you’ll move onto your float, close your eyes, and begin listening and receiving while the remaining guests have their Standing Bowl experience.

So instead of waiting for everyone to settle, your journey begins gently from the moment your turn is complete.

From standing in vibration…
to floating in sound…
to simply letting yourself receive. 🌊🤍
