UHI offers a wide range of services from primary care to various specialties, in addition to labwork taken in the clinic and sent out to be processed. The clinic aims to help people in need in the most efficient way since the majority of the patients at are hardworking people without any public healthcare or medical insurances. Their income excludes them from receiving government assistance, yet

prohibits them from affording private healthcare or insurance. Without the help of the UHI CommunityCare Clinic, these uninsured residents would turn to emergency rooms for non-emergent care, at a great cost to themselves and the healthcare system.

Join us this Wednesday for Community Meal Day! UHI CommunityCare Clinic has partnered with Islamic Relief USA to serve 200 free hot Halal meals to our neighbors in Opa Locka. We’ll be serving chicken, rice, and vegetables from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, first come first served until supplies run out.

Come hungry, leave nourished. Together, we’re building a stronger community, one meal at a time.

👓🩺💚UHI Community Care Clinic provided free eye exams at the Sistrunk Souls for Success Back-to-School Community Resource Fair, hosted by the YMCA of South Florida. Our team was on site offering blood pressure checks, health screenings, and information on our full range of care, all free of charge. Whether it’s a wellness visit for your little one or a checkup for yourself, we’re here for your whole family.
