When was the last time you checked in on your health? Heart disease, diabetes, colon cancer, prostate cancer, and other serious conditions can often develop without noticeable symptoms.

The good news? Routine screenings can help catch problems early. The event was filled with fun, laughter and community, featuring yard games, inflatables, face painting, popcorn, cotton candy, a DJ, family-friendly activities, and plenty of hot dogs and hamburgers.

Thank you to everyone who joined us as we honored the incredible journeys of cancer survivors across our community!
