School is almost back in session, and confidence starts with being prepared! 🌸

Whether your daughter is just starting her first period or has been managing it for a few years, keeping a small period essentials bag in her backpack can help her feel confident, comfortable, and ready for anything the school day brings.

🩷 A few simple essentials can make all the difference:
• Pads or tampons (age-appropriate)
• Panty liners
• Travel-size wipes
• Extra underwear
• Small pouch
• Deodorant
• Pain relief or heating patches (if appropriate and allowed by school)

Every young lady deserves to feel prepared—not embarrassed. Open conversations at home and a little planning can go a long way in building confidence.
