It’s the day after, and somehow I’m still buzzing. ✨

There’s something incredibly powerful about a group of people intentionally deciding, even just for one night, that they’re ready to put something down.

So once again, thank you to everyone who came, trusted the process, showed up for yourselves and added your energy to the space. You made last night what it was, and I’m still riding that high today. 💜

And while the next Float is most likely coming in October 👀🌊, we have another experience coming up first…

🐺 Power Animal Pathways • August 20th

A guided journey inward to connect with the animal energy that may be walking beside you, protecting you, teaching you or trying to get your attention. If you’ve ever been curious about journey work or meeting your power animal, this is your chance to experience it.

Make sure you’re following Regeneration across all of our socials because that’s the best way to stay up to date as new experiences and events are announced. ✨

And if you missed the Float, or just want to revisit a little piece of what we did, here’s a simple release ritual you can try at home:

🌿 Find a small stone and hold it between your hands.

Think of one thing that has become too heavy to keep carrying. Breathe slowly and imagine that weight traveling down your arms, through your hands and into the stone.

Then say:

“I release what has grown too heavy to carry.”

When you’re ready, return the stone to the earth or safely into moving water.

No elaborate ritual required.

Just the willingness to put something down and make room for whatever comes next. 💜

Tonight moved me ✨

Sitting there together, crying, releasing, and speaking those words alongside so many strong women… there was a moment where it stopped feeling like an event and just became something deeply human.

Different stories. Different things we’ve carried. But for those few moments, we held space for each other and let some of it go together.

Then we climbed into the water, floated beneath the evening sky, and let the bowls carry us into the quiet.

I don’t think I’ll ever stop being amazed that I get to create spaces like this.

That somehow, this is my life.

I am so incredibly thankful. 💜

Happy Monday RegenFam! And happy first day back to school Volusia County!!

The Monday Mantra is: I release what has grown too heavy to carry.

Some things don’t leave because they were meaningless. Sometimes they became heavy precisely because they mattered so much.

A version of you needed them once. A relationship. A belief. A responsibility. A hurt. A hope. A way of surviving.

But honoring what something meant doesn’t require carrying it forever.

Release doesn’t have to be angry.
It doesn’t have to mean forgiveness.
It doesn’t even have to mean you’re completely ready.

Sometimes release is simply admitting:

This is heavy.
I am tired.
And I don’t want to carry it the same way anymore.

So maybe today, loosen your grip just a little.

You don’t have to throw it all away at once.

Just give yourself permission to put something down. 🖤
