Latow's Fitness and Nutrition is a family owned and operated gym that is new to the Orange City area. Alex just moved back from Iowa where he was attending college and playing collegiate football. He wants to bring his knowledge of the health field along with his college degree in Kinesiolgoy (exercise science) back home to help people reach their fitness goals and get healthy. Nutrition is a full service gym with the most modern equipment. Latow's also offers one on one personal training, and sports specific training. Alex would like to help athletes from the area and surrounding areas to get their game to the next level, and will help athletes get in contact with college coaches.
