I thought I was stuck...

The fact: I felt stuck.

The truth? God was preparing me.

I was so focused on the destination that I almost missed what He was doing in the process—building my faith, character, patience, and trust for the next chapter.

Maybe you're not stuck either. Maybe God is working in ways you can't see yet.

What felt like a delay was actually development.

Don't mistake preparation for stagnation.

Journal Prompts to help you get Unstuck.

You may feel stuck, delayed, or unsure about what God is doing in your life, But one of the most important truths you will learn in this journey is this: Feelings are not the same as it being true..

And often times what we call "Stuck" is actually a misunderstanding of our season.

1. Where in your life? Are you interpreting your situation based on feeling rather than truth?

2. What might God actually be doing in this season that you have labeled as "Stuck?"

3. Is your sense of stuckness coming from disobedience or discontentment?

4. Why do you feel nothing is happening or that your life is at a standstill?

5. Ask yourself, Am I comparing my chapter 10 to someone else's chapter 20?

Prayer: Lord, help me to see my life through your truth. And not just my emotions. Teach me to discern what is real versus what I feel. Give me endurance and contentment in seasons I don't understand, and remind me that you are always working behind the scenes on my behalf, even when I cannot see it. In Jesus' Name, Amen...

Back in 1999, when surface-level prayers were no longer enough, journaling helped me go deeper with God. God met me in the pages of my journal way before I ever shared my story publicly.

Journaling became my safe place, a sacred space where I meet with God, process life, cry, heal, and simply be. A quiet, judgment-free place where I can commune with my Heavenly Father honestly and openly.

Through journaling, I found my voice, a place to express my feelings without filters, fear, or the need to be politically correct.

It also became a way for me to share my journey with others and invite them into my world so they, too, can create space for their own healing and transformation.

This is why I started journaling. I longed for a deeper relationship with God. I wanted to move beyond surface-level prayers and truly surrender my heart. In that process, God healed, delivered, and set me free from past hurts, childhood trauma, low self-esteem, and feelings of unworthiness.

That journey inspired me to create something that feels like peace, elegant, inviting, unique, and soft to the touch. Something faith-filled, functional, transformational, and healing all at the same time. ✨

Hello beautiful,

I know life has not always been easy for you. There have been moments when you doubted yourself, questioned your worth, and carried burdens quietly so no one else would have to.

But through every difficult chapter, you kept going. Even when you felt exhausted, uncertain, or broken, you still found a way to stand back up.

I want you to remember how far you’ve come. The person you are today was shaped by strength you didn’t even realize you had.

Every scar, every lesson, every setback has helped build the resilience inside you. You are not the same person who once feared they wouldn’t make it through. You did.

Please stop being so hard on yourself. You do not have to be perfect to deserve love, peace, happiness, or success.

It’s okay to make mistakes. It’s okay to rest. It’s okay to outgrow people, places, and versions of yourself that no longer fit who you are becoming.

There is still so much ahead of you. More laughter waiting to find you. More memories to create. More dreams to chase. More healing to happen. Your story is not over.

So take a deep breath and trust yourself a little more. You are stronger than your fears, wiser than your past, and more capable than you know.

Keep believing in the future you are building, even on the days when progress feels slow.

And no matter what happens, never forget this:

You are worthy.
You are enough.
And you deserve every beautiful thing life has to offer.
