Meet Dr. Jackson Newberry, Licensed Clinical Psychologist at TRACES FLA.
A former university professor and clinical psychologist, Dr. Newberry brings a unique lens to educational assessment — looking beyond test scores to the cognitive and learning processes behind challenges with reading, math, attention, and memory. His evaluations can also support documentation for gifted, IEP, and 504 programming.
His goal: help families understand why their child is struggling and offer a clear, strengths-based path forward.

Dr. Jackson Newberry, Psy.D.

With more than 14 years of clinical experience, Dr. Jackson Newberry is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who provides psychotherapy, psychological testing, assessments, and evaluations for individuals and families.

His clinical experience includes health psychology and forensic psychology, with a particular interest in relationships, family dynamics, parenting and co-parenting, major life transitions, forgiveness, and personal growth.

Dr. Newberry takes a thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative approach to care. He believes that developing a deeper understanding of ourselves, our relationships, and our experiences can create meaningful opportunities for healing, growth, and lasting change.

As Clinical Director, Dr. Newberry is dedicated not only to exceptional client care, but also to cultivating a practice grounded in empathy, integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
