Crunch Fitness has definitely become one of our favorite places to hang out lately!

We had another great time meeting members and staff, talking health, movement and the importance of taking care of your spine while you work toward your fitness goals. We always love seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones!

Friday mornings are always better when you start them with 71 great people in the room!

We had an awesome turnout at today’s Clay County Chamber of Commerce Florida Finally Friday, with plenty of new faces joining us and a lot of familiar ones catching up. The breakfast was on point, but the conversations around the room were even better. Our very own practice rep Jason was emcee today and kept the meeting moving smooth!

There was a lot of energy, plenty of laughs, and some really great connections being made. That is what makes this group so special. It is more than just showing up for breakfast. It is about showing up for each other and continuing to build a stronger business community.

Another great afternoon at Crunch Fitness!

We were back at the gym providing free spinal screenings and talking with members about posture, spinal alignment, and how those things can impact your workouts and progress. When your body is out of alignment, it can make it harder to move, lift, and perform at your best.

We love the energy at here and the commitment their members have to getting stronger and healthier.

Today was a special one in Clay County, as Kingsley Chiropractic joined the Clay County Chamber of Commerce Florida to celebrate 30 incredible years of Aaron Group Insurance!

It was great being there to celebrate Joshua, Emma and the entire team as they marked this amazing milestone. 30 years of serving local families is something worth celebrating, and we are grateful to be part of the celebration.

Last night was a blast at Crunch Fitness for their Vendor Day!

We were excited to join some awesome local vendors and, of course, we brought the spinal screenings! We had a great time meeting and talking with all the incredible members and helping them learn a little more about their spinal health.

A huge THANK YOU to the Crunch Fitness team for inviting us out and continuing to welcome Kingsley Chiropractic into your community. We truly appreciate the relationship!

Today was one of those days that reminds us why serving our community matters so much.

For every new patient who decides to take advantage of our $40 1st Patient Special, that money is donated to Mercy Support Services. For quite some time, those dollars have been helping support a dream called Mercy Village.

Today, that dream took another incredible step forward.

The gold shovels came out, and Mercy Support Services officially broke ground on Mercy Village. What a moment. So many prayers, so much hard work, and so many people coming together have brought this vision to life.

We are incredibly grateful that Kingsley Chiropractic gets to play a small part in something that will make such a meaningful difference in the lives of people right here in our community.

This is more than a groundbreaking. It's an answer to prayer, a milestone for our community, and a beautiful reminder of what can happen when people come together with a purpose.

Congratulations to everyone at Mercy Support Services. We cannot wait to see Mercy Village become a reality!

A little late posting, but we couldn’t let Friday get away without talking about this morning’s Clay County Chamber of Commerce Florida Finally Friday meeting!

What a turnout! The room was full of great people, great conversations, and plenty of opportunities to connect with other local businesses. And of course, the breakfast was pretty darn good too!

There’s just something special about starting the day surrounded by people who are passionate about Clay County, FL and the businesses that make our community such a great place to be.

Another Finally Friday in the books, and we’re already looking forward to the next one!
