Please help us on congratulating Kelli Minor for becoming a BCBA! Kelli has been working at Licini Inc. for almost five years and her hard work does not go unnoticed. She puts her heart into her work everyday, helping the kids grow and giving guidance to her coworkers. After all the hours earned, numerous meetings, and studying, she passed her test and is ready for the next adventure. This is a huge accomplishment and we are all so proud of our new BCBA!

💦 It's Water Fun Week at Licini Inc.!

Starting next week, our Summer ABA Schedule will include Water Fun activities! Please be sure to send your child in with water clothes and a towel each day so they're ready to splash and have a great time. 🌊👕

And don't forget — Thursday, June 11, we're wrapping up the week with an Ice Cream Social at 2:00 PM! 🍦 Should be a sweet time!

Happy Birthday Justin! You were so LOVED and will always be in our hearts!

Justin fell to his death and lay on the ground until a passerby happened to notice him. The New Jersey day program that was paid to care for him was required to provide line-of-sight supervision at all times, yet staff did not even realize he was missing. 💔

Every year in New Jersey, an estimated 120 people with disabilities die unexpectedly in state-funded facilities. Justin is just one of them — a cherished son whose life should have been protected, not lost to neglect. 🕊️

We are deeply grateful to Congressman Chris Smith and his office for arranging this honor for Justin. 🇺🇸
