This free 5-week online bootcamp begins January 13, 2026 and is designed to support women seeking a grounded reset focused on overall wellness. This introductory series combines education, guided reflection, and actionable tools to help women build sustainable habits that support mental, emotional, physical, and relational wellbeing. Participation is open to anyone, though the content is primarily geared toward women.

We are pleased to share that BeNu Integrative Psychiatry's owner & founder, Dr. Angela White, PhD, APRN, PMHNP-BC, will be leading a featured discussion on February 6, 2026. Dr. White will be sharing clinical insight and perspective related to financial wellness by reducing financial stress and creating healthier financial mindsets.
