As women, we're handed a personality trait for every symptom so we'll stop asking questions. Light sleeper. Anxious. Short fuse. Slow to recover. Just how you're wired. Take a breath, try magnesium, you're fine.

Here's the reframe nobody offers: most of those aren't traits. They're the same dysregulated nervous system showing up in six different outfits. When the system underneath is stuck in fight-or-flight, it leaks into your sleep, your mood, your recovery, your patience, all of it. You've just been taught to name each leak separately and live with it.

A stuck setting isn't a life sentence. It's a setting. Which means it can move.

Which of these have you been calling a personality trait? 👇

Your mom's chiropractor had one move: wait for the pain, crack the back, see you next time it goes out. It helped her get through the week. It just never went looking for why the pain kept coming back.

That was the biggest piece of the puzzle, and it was missing.

Here's what we actually care about. That spine everyone's so focused on? It's housing the nervous system that runs your sleep, your hormones, your energy, your recovery, your entire stress response. When that system is dialed, you don't end up on the table in agony every few months. You just feel like yourself. Consistently.

Reactive care waits for the emergency. We're making sure you never get there.

If you're done treating your body like something you only deal with when it's already on fire, you're our people. 🤍

There's a very specific kind of frustrated, and only women who've actually done the work know it.

You're not the person who needs to be told to drink water and go for a walk. You did that. You did all of it. The routines, the trackers, the supplements with the cult followings, the protocols you screenshot at midnight.

And you're still sitting at a 7 out of 10, quietly furious that "optimized" doesn't feel better than this.

Fact: There's a ceiling on what you can fix from the outside in. You can keep adding more, the next supplement, the next protocol, the next gadget, but at some point the thing holding you back isn't what you're adding. It's your body underneath all of it, the part that's quietly been running on empty this whole time while you kept handing it more to do.

You didn't do wellness wrong. You just hit the limit of what you can do one supplement at a time.

If you're a little annoyed reading this (because it's hitting a little too close to home), GOOD. That's the first honest thing your wellness routine has told you all year.

You can have the most dialed-in routine in Orange County and still feel a little off.

Here's why. Every input you're paying for, the supplements, the training, the sleep stack, runs through your nervous system. If that system is stuck in stress mode, none of it lands the way it should. You're optimizing the visible stuff and leaving the foundation unsupported.

That's not a supplement problem. It's a signal problem. And it's the thing we actually work on.

Save this for the next time someone tells you to just add another supplement. 👇

The scariest part of wellness culture isn’t that it doesn’t work. It’s that it keeps selling you the sequel.

Every single thing on this list has the same plot twist: a lot of money and effort spent treating the symptoms while the actual thing running the show goes completely ignored. You can mouth-tape and magnesium-spray and adrenal-cocktail all you want. If your nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight 14 hours a day, you’re patching leaks on a boat nobody’s steering.

That’s not a willpower problem or a “find the right supplement” problem. It’s a regulation problem. And no $94 mushroom powder is going to fix it.

Which one of these are you guilty of? Be honest. 👇

Honestly the best decision you could make every week.

Therapy works on the mental part. Pilates works on the physical part. Verve works on the system underneath both. Skip any of them and the others have to work harder to make up the difference.

This is what doctor-directed weekly care actually looks like. Not a once-a-month adjustment when something hurts. A standing appointment with the team that knows your nervous system on a first-name basis.

The women who feel exceptional are not doing more. They're running their care as one connected system instead of five disconnected ones. 🤍

What's your therapy?

Nobody walks in asking for “a regulated nervous system.” They walk in for the back pain. Then the other stuff starts quietly disappearing and they realize how much they’d been carrying.

Notice what’s actually on this list. Sleep. Headaches. A period that doesn’t run my life. Not snapping at the people I love. Shoulders that aren’t living up by my ears. None of those are “back problems.” They’re all the same system finally running the way it’s supposed to.

That’s the part most women don’t expect. You come in for the one obvious thing, and you get back a bunch of things you’d quietly accepted as just your life now.

What would be on your hallelujah list? 👇

They were told it was normal.

The exhaustion. The migraines. The body that stopped cooperating somewhere in their 30s while everyone, including their doctors, just kind of... shrugged.

Modern healthcare has been calling this stress for years. Verve calls it what it actually is: a nervous system that never got the support it needed.

These are our members. In their own words, on their own chalkboards. Nobody coached them on what to write.

Swipe and then tell us what you've been told is "just normal" for you. 👇 🤍
