For a successful practice it's important for the Reiki Facilitator to follow specific techniques before, during, and after each session to keep their energy field clean and avoid absorbing the stress and emotions of others. The most common and effective methods:
🌀 Maintaining a correct connection- The Reiki Practitioner is “only the channel, not the source”. Be aware that the practitioner is merely an antenna of light through which universal energy is conducted.
🌀 Detachment- The healing energy being conducted is separate from the practitioner’s life energy.
🌀 Offering - Surrender control of the outcome, trusting that Reiki energy will act where the recipient or the circumstance most needs it.

Ser Reikista va más allá de simplemente conocer una técnica para la imposición de manos. El Reiki es el comienzo de un camino de desarrollo interior en el que la persona se abre para convertirse en un canal consciente por el cual fluye la energía vital para sí misma y para los demás.

El Reikista primero realiza un profundo trabajo de autosanación, abre sus heridas, atraviesa procesos incómodos y se entrena para cultivar la paz interior. De esta manera, sus pensamientos, emociones y acciones se armonizan, permitiéndole vivir con mayor serenidad. Se vuelve más compasivo, sin necesidad de salvar a los demás, sino acompañándolos con amor y presencia, sin juzgar. Reiki practitioner goes beyond simply knowing a technique for laying on of hands. Reiki is the beginning of a path of inner development in which the person opens themselves to become a conscious channel for vital energy to flow for themselves and others.

The Reiki person first does deep self-healing work, opens their wounds, goes through uncomfortable processes, and trains themselves to cultivate inner peace. In this way, their thoughts, emotions, and actions are harmonized, allowing them to live with greater serenity. They become more compassionate, not needing to save others, but rather accompanying them with love and presence, without judgment. They are people who take a great leap of faith, always trusting in spiritual wisdom and recognizing that energy reaches where it is most needed and in the right way for the highest good.

Being a Reiki person is a constant learning process where personal and spiritual growth becomes a daily practice.

Reiki raises their vibration, strengthens their connection with universal consciousness, and promotes balance in their surroundings. En la metafísica moderna, se cree que hay acuerdos conscientes que el alma establece antes de encarnar en este plano con el propósito de evolucionar en el plano espiritual. Según esta visión, el alma elige circunstancias específicas de vida para favorecer su crecimiento. Las dificultades toman otro significado; no son consideradas castigos, sino oportunidades para expandir la conciencia.

Soul Contracts

In modern metaphysics, it is believed that the soul makes conscious agreements before incarnating on this plane in order to evolve spiritually. This projects a life story that includes individual experiences, all personal relationships, and challenges that contribute to the development of qualities such as love, compassion, wisdom, forgiveness, and service.

According to this view, the soul chooses specific life circumstances to foster its growth. Thus, the most significant people in one's life are often part of this agreement, either to offer support or to act as an antagonist, presenting important lessons. Difficulties take on a different meaning; they are not considered punishments, but opportunities to expand consciousness.

Free will plays a key role; it is permanent and ever-present. The contract outlines learning possibilities, but each person decides how to respond to them. When a lesson is understood and integrated, the contract is fulfilled or transformed.

Metaphysics also maintains that the primary purpose of these contracts is to remind us of our spiritual nature and draw us ever closer to the consciousness of universal love.
