Recovery matters.
Support matters.
After more than 20 years in practice and thousands of procedures performed, I’ve learned that exceptional outcomes require more than surgical skill alone.
That’s why we’ve built a comprehensive recovery experience designed to support our patients every step of the way.
✔️ Meticulous surgical care
✔️ Regenerative therapies designed to support healing and optimize recovery
✔️ Curated recovery supplements to help support your body’s natural healing process
✔️ Daily education and guidance so you always know what to expect
✔️ Ongoing support because healing shouldn’t feel overwhelming or isolating
Our goal isn’t simply to perform surgery.
Our goal is to help you heal with confidence, comfort, and peace of mind.
Because the best patient experience begins before surgery and continues long after the procedure is complete.
If you’re considering cosmetic gynecology surgery, don’t just ask about the procedure.
Ask about the recovery plan.
The difference can be everything.

One of the biggest misconceptions about l***aplasty and vaginoplasty is that the surgery determines the outcome.
In reality, recovery plays a massive role in your final result.
The most common mistakes I see are:
✔️ Returning to activity too quickly
✔️ Judging results too early
✔️ Comparing healing timelines to others
✔️ Not following post-op instructions
Healing is a process, not an event.
That’s why we’ve invested heavily in creating comprehensive recovery protocols that include education, daily guidance, PRP, targeted recovery supplements, and close follow-up to help patients navigate every stage of healing.
The goal isn’t just surgery.
The goal is an exceptional recovery and an exceptional outcome.

Most women are never taught that the l***a can change throughout different stages of life.
Puberty. Pregnancy. Childbirth. Perimenopause. Menopause.
These hormonal transitions can influence:
Color
 Length
 Thickness
 Elasticity
 Sensation
The good news? These changes are often completely normal.
The better news? If those changes are causing discomfort, irritation, painful intimacy, or affecting your confidence, treatment options may be available.
Your body evolves throughout life—and understanding those changes is the first step toward feeling empowered about your health.

What feels like a relationship problem is often a biology problem.

Breastfeeding lowers your estrogen and androgen levels - and that shift can cause va**nal dryness, burning, pain during s*x, reduced arousal, and even va**nal atrophy.

Dr. Ghozland explains why this happens and why so many women misread it as something wrong with their relationship.

After six va**nal deliveries, this patient came to me feeling frustrated, disconnected, and embarrassed by changes that many women are told to simply “live with.”
She described a significant opening at the entrance of the va**na that allowed air and even water to freely enter the va**nal canal. Beyond the physical symptoms, she felt a loss of confidence, reduced friction during intimacy, and increasing difficulty achieving or**sm.
What many people don’t realize is that childbirth can affect much more than appearance. It can impact comfort, intimacy, sensation, confidence, and overall quality of life.
Today we discussed her va**nal tightening surgery and, just as importantly, her recovery journey.
Recovery isn’t simply about healing tissue—it’s about restoring confidence and getting women safely back to living their lives. That’s why we incorporate PRP to support healing, curated recovery supplements designed to optimize the body’s repair process, and daily check-ins through our recovery protocols so patients always know what to expect and never feel alone during recovery.
Every woman deserves to know that these symptoms are common, but they are not something you have to accept as your new normal.
If you’ve been silently struggling with changes after childbirth, know that options exist and help may be available.

When most people think about hormone replacement therapy (HRT), they think about hot flashes, night sweats, or improving energy and libido.
But some of the most important benefits often go unnoticed.
Recently, I spoke with a patient who has been on HRT for many years. After experiencing a significant fall, she shared her belief that maintaining her bone health through hormone therapy may have helped her avoid a fracture. She also discussed how HRT has helped support her bladder health and quality of life over the years.
These are the conversations we don’t have often enough.
Hormones impact far more than symptoms of menopause. They play an important role in supporting bone density, urinary health, va**nal tissue health, and overall well-being as we age.
Every woman’s journey is unique, and HRT is not right for everyone. But understanding the full picture of hormone health allows women to make informed decisions about their bodies and their future.
Sometimes the greatest benefits of treatment aren’t what you feel today—it’s what you’re protecting for tomorrow.

This article puts into words something I see every single day.

Women are finally talking about the pelvic floor - on TikTok, in pilates classes, in the delivery room - and what's coming out of those conversations is that an entire generation of women was never given this information.

Because of this, women were left guessing, Googling, and assuming the discomfort they were feeling was normal.

A lot of it isn't. Painful s*x, postpartum tissue changes, intimacy that doesn't feel the same - these aren't things you just learn to live with. They're things worth understanding and addressing.

The conversation is overdue. But it's finally happening.
If any of this sounds familiar, give this article a read:

How a once-shrouded health issue became Topic A on social media, at bachelorette parties, and in the delivery room.

For many women, recurrent Bartholin cysts affect far more than physical comfort.
They affect confidence.
They affect dating.
They affect intimacy.
They affect quality of life.
After treating more than 600 Bartholin cyst cases, one thing has become clear: women are often suffering in silence because they don’t know where to turn for help.
While no treatment is perfect, our goal is to provide women with an option that is minimally invasive, effective, and focused on getting them back to living their lives.
If you’ve been told to simply live with it, repeatedly drain it, or wait for it to come back, know that there may be other options available.
You deserve answers.
You deserve comfort.
You deserve confidence.

35% of women are still experiencing intimacy issues a year after childbirth.
And yet the conversation still gets squeezed into a single appointment and a six-week number that the data doesn't even support.
The reality is more complex - and more common - than most people realize.

Dr. Ghozland is breaking all of it down.
