Join Kristin Barton for our first ever evening Core Strength Yoga class! Wednesdays at 7pm.

Core Strength Yoga is a core-focused vinyasa flow class that blends traditional yoga poses and strength training using your own body weight, free weights and various props to ignite your inner fire as you find balance, endurance and focus from deep within. If you know Kristin, you know you're gonna work!

A student and practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow, Kristin loves that yoga unites mind and body and connects breath to spirit. Yoga has been transformational for Kristin personally, and she loves to be able to share her practice with other yogis. She believes in the power of community and conscious healing through a mindful practice of postures linked with breath work and meditation to help clear the mind and body and create more space for endless possibilities.

The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali are a foundational text in the philosophy of yoga. Composed
of 196 short verses (or “sutras”), this ancient guide offers timeless wisdom on the nature
of the mind, the purpose of yoga, and the path to inner freedom. The Sutras invite us to
explore the deeper dimensions of yoga,
self-awareness, and spiritual inquiry.

Open to all. No experience required.

Qualifies as continuing education for both experienced and new yoga teachers.

Such a lovely afternoon. Thank you Brian Lottman for sharing your beautiful soul and sweet humanness. You are a real human in this unreal world. And, thank you to Chris for connecting us in these parallel realms we travel. Hopefully, we can allow these connections to make this world a better place, even just one day, one moment, one step, one word at a time.

Thank you to Stacey and Ernie for such a warm welcome. We had a lovely satsang this afternoon about Wholeness and karma.

Additionally, Brian was recommended to us by one of Stacey's first yoga teachers, so we are looking forward to sharing our space!

Utilizing this focus, we will individually create vision boards to help us clarify &
concentrate on specific long-term & short-term life goals. Take it home and put it in a prominent place for a daily reminder to help you manifest important ideas.
All materials provided, although if you have specific images or items that you would like to include, please bring them along!
