You will be gently guided into a meditative state inspired by the themes of the current lunar cycle, creating space to RElease what is no longer serving you and make room for what’s to come. From there, we will move into a two-stage pranayama (breathwork) practice designed to deepen awareness, REstore balance, and support emotional RElease.

Hey Friends,

As Lions Gate comes to a close with this Leo New Moon Solar Eclipse, I find myself surrendering to the newly realized trajectory.

I’ve been building this for years.
In small, seemingly insignificant ways.
In choices no one saw.
In moments that didn’t feel like they were leading anywhere.
In the days I questioned whether any of it was actually happening.

I wasn’t even consciously aware of what I was creating until suddenly—it all came together like a crescendo.

This morning we welcomed the Aquarius Full Moon during one of the most energetically symbolic times of the year. Yesterday, on July 28th, the Lion’s Gate Portal opened. This period of alignment has long been viewed as a time of expanded consciousness and new beginnings, bringing in abundance, empowerment, infinite potential, and personal evolution.

The Lion’s Gate Portal reaches its peak on August 8th, when both the Sun in Leo and the brightest star in the sky Sirius, align with Earth. The portal remains open until the Leo New Moon on August 12th.
