🎲♠️♥️ The House Always Wins… and last week, our CNAs were the BIG winners! ♦️♣️🎲

CNA Appreciation Week was all about celebrating the incredible team members who are the heart of The Oaks Post Acute. From casino-themed decorations and delicious food to sweet treats and fun surprises, we hope our CNAs felt just how valued and appreciated they are every single day.

A very special shoutout goes to our amazing Activities Director, Rebecca, who poured her heart into every detail. From coordinating community partners and decorating spaces to creating a week full of fun and appreciation, her hard work helped make this celebration one to remember. ❤️

We are also incredibly grateful to our community partners who helped us spoil our staff throughout the week. Your support means so much and helped us show our CNAs the appreciation they truly deserve.

To our CNAs: thank you for your compassion, dedication, patience, and the countless ways you make a difference in the lives of our residents every day. We are lucky to have the best team around!

June is Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month 💜

At The Oaks Post Acute, we are committed to providing compassionate care and support for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

This month, we honor the individuals, families, and caregivers impacted by memory loss while helping raise awareness throughout our community. Every resident has a story, every memory matters, and every moment of connection makes a difference.

In addition to our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, The Oaks proudly offers a secure Memory Care Unit designed to provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Our dedicated team focuses on preserving dignity, promoting independence, and creating meaningful moments each day.
