Essential Care for Children is a home-based palliative (symptom control) care program that provides coordination of medical services, as well as psycho-social and spiritual support to seriously ill children and their families.

Thank you to everyone who walked, donated, volunteered, purchased a route marker, or sponsored the 30th Annual Hospice Memorial Walk! Celebrating this incredible milestone with our community made the day even more meaningful, a powerful reminder of the connection and support that has defined this event for three decades.

This year, more than 1,200 people filled the Outer Harbor, and the support was truly felt. Over the past 30 years, more than $5 million has been raised to support and expand the programs and services of Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo.
