Hey Mamas it’s baaack! Bring your babe and join for Baby at the Barre! Wear your little one for this fun, low impact barre class. Moms will get to bond with their baby, sculpt, and recharge during this 45 minute class set to the beat of the music! This is also a great way to meet other moms in the community.

Birth to non walkers: baby will be worn for the majority of class so bring a baby carrier to WEAR and water to hydrate.

Last night our newest barre instructor taught her first full Express Barre class in our Larkin Studio. She took her training in October and certified through . Seven months later she’s teaching her first full class and is on our schedule.

✨That’s the Buff & Flo difference ✨ Our teachers spend hours and months of observation, practice and co-teaching. They are mentored by our senior instructors, and learn to watch the bodies in front of them for form and safety.

Every one of our instructors are certified through nationally recognized organizations. They’ve put in their hearts, minds and bodies to the discipline. Through multiple test outs and auditions, they can confidently guide you through a safe and effective workout.

Happy Teacher Tuesday!

Welcoming three new Mat Pilates instructors: Bella R, Madigan H, and Kelly G to the Buff & Flo team!

All three ladies completed 400 hours (and counting) in our comprehensive Classical Pilates Education training. We are so proud of what they have accomplished. The girls will be at both the OP Main and Larkin studios so be sure to look for their names on the schedule. Sign ups are live for our next beginner Pilates reformer series and spots will fill FAST!✨

This is a 5 week series taught consecutively, where each class builds upon the exercises learned in the previous class. Learn the foundational movements of Pilates. Hands on assists will be given as needed, paying special attention to individual form for safety. This series helps you smoothly transition into our Reformer Flow & Reformer Sculpt classes.
