We’ve been busy noticing all the magical changes as fall turns into winter! 🍂✨ The leaves may be dropping, but our creativity is definitely picking up! 🎨😄

This week, we’re kicking off our Christmas-themed crafts 🎅🎄 using some beautiful foliage and treasures the kiddos collected with Ms. Brigett outside 🌿🍃✨. They’ve been so excited to explore, gather, and create—winter wonder is officially in the air! ❄️💫

🎃Scarecrow Projects🙂

🌱Our Little Sprouts had an a-maize-ing time today making their very own glue & stick scarecrows! 🧑‍🌾✨

There was plenty of 😄 giggling, ✋ sticky fingers, 🎨 creativity, and 💛 teamwork as our little artists brought their scarecrows to life! Every scarecrow was one-of-a-kind — just like our Sprouts! 🌾

We’re so proud of how much fun everyone had while learning, creating, and celebrating this beautiful fall season! 🍂🍃

🦗🐞Yesterday we found some new bugs and animals on the playground!🦋🐸

The first bug we found was a Snowy Tree Cricket! It’s known as the “thermometer cricket" because its chirping rate is used to estimate the temperature! 🦗

The second was a Leafhopper Assasin Bug! They are wonderful for gardens as they are beneficial predators that eat common pest, but pack a bite so be careful!🪳

The third animal we found was a Sierran Tree Frog and they love to make noise, and are commonly found in the surrounding ponds. What a cool visitor!🐸

👀I wonder what animals and bugs we will meet today?🌂🕸️🕷️🐌

🌈Our littlest members got a little upgrade to their own play area! Thanks to our fellow friend and mama she donated the soft play foam blocks perfect for our little crawlers! 🫶🏻💕 🌈 come hang out with us on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 8:45a-11:45a, rain or shine! 🌞🌦️🌧️❄️
