On Thursday, we took a fun afternoon ride to Evansville with a full bus! We took a scenic route to get there thanks to a detour, but we made it!
It was a beautiful afternoon to drive through Leonard Leota Park, taking in Lake Leota and the surrounding scenery, before making our way through downtown. Evansville has such a pretty Main Street, and we loved seeing how well the historic homes and buildings are cared for on that street. 🏡
Of course, no outing is complete without a treat! We stopped at McDonald’s for a change of pace and enjoyed hot fudge and caramel sundaes before heading back to Oregon. 🍨
A wonderful afternoon filled with beautiful sights, good company, and, of course, a little something sweet! ❤️

Our morning was filled with fun and friendly competition! We enjoyed bean bag toss and ping pong toss, followed by a little fresh air outdoors. Before lunch, we worked together to complete a 100-piece puzzle, making for a wonderful morning of activity, teamwork, and smiles.

We started the week off with Bingo, and it was a wonderful morning filled with smiles, laughter, and a little friendly competition! We had lots of winners, and everyone enjoyed celebrating each Bingo called. These simple moments bring so much joy and connection, making it a great way to begin the week.

We headed to New Glarus on Thursday afternoon for a fun outing! This charming little village is always a favorite, with its quaint downtown, unique shops, restaurants, and of course, a stop at Culver's! The Flavor of the Day, Caramel Pecan, was a big hit with everyone.
On our way back to BeeHive, we made a stop in Belleville to enjoy the beautiful scenery at Library Park and Lake Belle View. It was a relaxing afternoon filled with delicious treats, beautiful sights, and wonderful conversation.

What a wonderful time we had with the Bee Team Band on Thursday! We had an amazing turnout, and the room was filled with joy. Residents enjoyed dancing, singing, clapping, and sharing lots of smiles and laughter. It was a morning full of music, fun, and wonderful memories!
