One thing I teach my patients about is the importance of the feet to the rest of your body. Your feet are your foundation and whatever happens to them, good or bad, will affect your ankles, knees, hips, spine all the way up to the neck and head. Let’s star with a fundamental question that people often get wrong.

How many arches are under each foot?
