Can I be honest with you for a minute?

I’ve never hosted any kind of challenge like this before because I hate live launches and I feared it would take a lot of work.

But I’ve become convinced that this is the kind of accountability and support many need to take the first step.

Needing accountability and support doesn’t make you less… the important thing is to have self awareness of your needs and to own them.

I know that I need weekly body doubling in order to update my budget. I spent years telling myself to just log in on a certain day of the week and so i figured it just must be the software. I tried every budget tracking tool I could find but still found a reason to avoid them all.

It wasn’t the tool. It was that I needed support.

Yes, I’ve spent a lot of time teaching these concepts to people prone to overwhelm and I’ve gotten really good at it.

But really it’s not all about me.

It’s accountability and community. Having a safe place to show up and ask questions about things that seem obvious to other people is life changing.

I’ve designed this challenge to give you community but also the momentum you need by doing this with a cohort of others.

Because I’m sure you have a folder of saved images and posts of all the AI prompts you plan to figure out but haven’t yet made a priority.

This is your chance to get the support and accountability you need over 6 focused weeks with me to create change.

The planner. The color-coded routine. The 30-day decluttering challenge you made it three days into. The new meal-planning system. The habit tracker. The 47 ADHD hacks you saved on Instagram.

Maybe the reason none of them stuck wasn’t because you needed more discipline.

Maybe you were already at capacity.
For a mom with ADHD, the Mental Load of everyday life can already take nearly everything you have. Add parenting, home management and supporting neurodivergent kids, and even a strategy that’s supposed to help can feel like more work.

So you try it. You fall behind. You abandon it.
And then you decide YOU’RE the problem.

That cycle of overwhelm can push you closer and closer to ADHD burnout.

You’re not missing another hack.
You need enough margin to actually USE the tools you already know could help you - and eventually build systems that work with your ADHD brain.

That’s what we’re working on for six weeks inside Creating Capacity.

We’re going to get clear on what actually matters for your family, create structure around the basics, and make it all feel like ONE manageable life instead of three impossible full-time jobs.

No fluff. No total-life overhaul. No expectation that Monday Morning You will suddenly become a completely different person.

Just small, actionable changes designed for an ADHD brain and real motherhood.

So what’s the difference?!?

So many of get stuck thinking it’s us. We’re just incapable of creating structure and sticking to routine because our neurospicy brains just can’t do it.

But that’s absolutely not the case but if you keep trying the same things over and over than you will just keep reinforcing that belief, trying and quitting and wasting so much energy coming up with new strategies that just bleed you of time and energy but never actually make your life easier.

So what’s she doing wrong?

1. She’s trying to creating some comprehensive strategy that addresses all of her problems at once but it is way too complicated to implement. She needs to focus on less.

2. She’s chasing novelty in the new strategy (or even figuring out the new AI prompt) because she’s bored and wants a problem to solve but then once that gets old, she drops it. She needs to get novelty in other areas of life and not in chasing solutions to the same problems over and over.

3. She’s looking at her life in silos- home, kids, work, self care instead of seeing how it all works together for neurodivergent families. She can’t focus on one without looking at all of them. They all impact her capacity.

4. She’s trying to manage her time to maximum for productivity instead of for her energy. ADHD brains don’t have consistent energy but she can minimize the fluctuations.

5. She assumes she’s a robot and that she’ll be able to implement lifestyles changes yesterday instead of giving herself time to create change.

6. She assumes her brain will remember the plan without support and accommodations. When it doesn’t work right away, she gives up instead of getting curious about what might help.

I was her for a long time and I’m here to tell you that you can have raging adhd and still create structure.

And when you do, everything will get easier. 🙌🏻

You’ll stop solving the same problems over and over and start solving new ones. 😉

I’m hosting a 6 week challenge to help you do this exact thing.

Honestly, I could keep going with this one all day.

Learning to manage my home, life and family required letting a lot of things go.

I do a lot but I don’t do even more.

And that’s one of the hardest things to learn when you have a brain that has big ideas and wants to say yes to all the things.

I’m hosting a 6 week challenge to help you break it down step by step to help you set boundaries and know create a life that actually feels good instead of one that leaves you feeling like a bad mom.

You already know how to do this.

When your kid is overwhelmed getting out the door, you don’t say: “JUST GET YOUR LIFE TOGETHER.”

You make it smaller.

Shoes first. Then backpack. Then car. One next step.

But when you’re the mom with ADHD and YOU’RE overwhelmed?

Suddenly you expect yourself to meal plan, declutter the house, regulate your emotions, organize the
school year, create better routines, support your neurodivergent kids, use those 376 Instagram posts you
saved AND finally figure out that AI prompt everyone says will change your life.

That Mental Load is enormous. And when executive dysfunction kicks in, having more ideas doesn’t
necessarily help. Sometimes it just creates more overwhelm.

One of the biggest shifts I made was giving myself permission to go slower and build systems that work
with my ADHD brain.

Instead of trying to fix my entire life, I started with my daily rhythm.
When my days got easier, I had more capacity for everything else.

That’s exactly what I’m teaching inside my new Creating Capacity 6 Week Challenge.

We’re not overhauling your life.

We’re creating enough structure and breathing room that you can stop constantly starting over - and
actually have the capacity to build the life you’ve been trying so hard to create.
