Emotional abuse is VERY insidious.

If people cannot take accountability that is a HUGE red flag.

And it’s zillions of red flags when you take responsibility for your part in some thing, and instead of someone also taking their responsibility for their part, they instead use your integrity against you and continue to avoid taking responsibility for their own behaviors.

Constant blame and projection is victimhood consciousness. It keeps you trapped. I can’t empower myself if I’m always like, but he’s making me feel like XYZ… if you find yourself in a heap of excuses, that is literally avoidant behavior, but you’re actually avoiding your own self. Yes it goes that deep you avoid others and then you avoid yourself and then you blame others because you feel so alone.

If you don’t have honest, open communication in a relationship, then it’s not a healthy relationship.

Avoidance helps no one even if there is a false temporary relief from the avoidance. In fact from my perspective, it hurts the avoidant person the most. Because it just causes that person to be more and more alone and confused within their own psyche that is likely spinning a story that’s not even true.

Honest healthy communication is vital to a happy life that includes healthy relationships.

If someone can’t meet your in honesty and communication, especially if you allow them to be in close proximity to you in your life, I encourage you to have more respect for yourself and make some space and find people who value honesty and compassionate communication and most importantly self responsibility & accountability.

Last night we had a beautiful Blessing to be able to Pray in a Bhakti Yoga Kirtan with a few of the OMazing Kriya Yogis in town from Ananda Village. In essence, Bhakti Yoga is a practice primarily centered around Loving Devotion to God. I am most certainly a Bhakti Yogi 😇. So grateful to Sing, Pray & Meditate in Devotion with everyone 🙏

Unfortunately, I feel the need to make this post for the safety of my family in South Carolina. If you know my brother Shaun Johnson; or if you know my Dad or my Nephew please listen to this video.

If you cannot listen, I will be preemptively clear here also. Under NO circumstances is my brother allowed near my parents house im SC where my Dad & Nephew live. He may have you thinking that his family wants to see him considering his mother just passed away this year; but the truth is no one is safe around him. He is a danger to himself and others. Trust me, you do not want to get entangled with him. I have him blocked. He does not know where I live.

We Love Shaun & we pray for him unceasingly, but he is a very delusional and dangerous person unfortunately. Thank you for your prayers, support & discretion in this matter.

Been a life long challenge for my family dealing with Shaun’s out of control mental health and I feel sad for a lot of things he’s been through, but my family needs a lot of space from him & we need to heal.

I can honestly say we have done all that we
can possibly do to help him. This is between Him and God. Everyone one needs to step back.

Today would have been My Precious Mother’s 65th Birthday ✝️🙏🌹🩵🎉✨

She did not like to have her photo taken these past 25 years…after her battle with breast cancer…then the brain tumor… & other issues that required surgeries before & after. So every single one of the few photos she has allowed in the past 25 years is SO Precious. I Love this one of her 🥰

I hope to be able to pull it together & have enough energy to share some more with you all today … wanna share some Special things about her & was really hoping to be able to play a little of this song I am working on inspired by & for her … but the arthritis & neuropathy are making it really hard to play my Ukulele & the fatigue is hard to sing through most days but MAN I want to so badly…. God Grant Me Strength ✝️🙏🩵🌹
