Express Family Clinic is proud to share that our own Dr. Michelle Nguyen recently participated in a humanitarian medical mission with Sakya Care Foundation, providing healthcare services to underserved communities in 2 central Vietnam rural areas.
This mission was a meaningful opportunity to extend care beyond our clinic walls and serve individuals who have limited access to healthcare resources. Throughout the trip, Dr. Nguyen worked alongside an incredible team of healthcare professionals and volunteers, providing medical evaluations, treatment, health education, and compassionate care to those in need to over 900 patients each day.
“The experience was both humbling and inspiring. It reminded me that healthcare is not only about treating illness, but also about serving others with compassion, dignity, and respect. I feel incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to participate in this mission and make a small difference in the lives of so many deserving individuals.”
