Your life isn't something to manage - it's something to live. Start here → www.liinks.co/intentionalsoul.co As a life coach, my goal is to uplift, empower, and inspire as many people as possible to consciously create a life that lights them up. So many of us go through life on autopilot or settling for less than what we truly want because we don't believe it's possible for us. I've been there, and working with life coaches helped me create a new reality for myself. Never underestimate your ability to be, do, and have more of what you want. This work is so important to me because the more of us who are living our best life and as the highest version of ourselves, the more positive energy we're creating in the world. If this resonates with you and you're feeling ready to make a change in your life, email me at [email protected] and let's schedule a coaching consult. I can't wait to meet you!

Day 5 of Create Space Bingo: making room for something good. 🧡

The O column is a little different from the others. Most of the challenge has been about clearing, releasing, simplifying, and letting go.

But creating space isn’t just about removing things from your life.

It’s also about giving yourself permission to slow down a little so that you can be more present, appreciate and enjoy all that’s good in your life, and to make room for what’s next.

I got my Bingo today 🎉 with my final square: Choose one thing you want to make more room for this season.

For me, it’s exploring.

I’ve lived in Atlanta for almost a year now, but between moving, getting the house settled, home projects, work, and all the other stuff of life, I’ve actually done very little exploring of the area.

So this season, I’m making a real commitment to create more room for that — getting out, seeing more, and actually experiencing where I live.

Because that’s the whole point of creating space: not just having less clutter, but having more room for the things that make life feel fuller, richer, and more like your life.

And if you want more support with clearing clutter, creating space, and living with more intention, I’ve got more resources waiting for you at the link in my bio. ✨

Thanks for being here! 🧡 And if you got Bingo, I’d love to know — let me know in the comments!

Day 2 of Create Space Bingo: digital clutter. 📱💻

Digital clutter is easy to ignore because it isn’t physically sitting in front of us — but it still takes up attention.

Overflowing inboxes, too many notifications, unused apps, messy folders, endless screenshots, 85 browser tabs open at once… all those little things can create more mental noise and distraction than we realize.

Creating digital space isn’t about having a perfectly organized phone or inbox. It’s about making things feel a little easier, quieter, and more supportive of what actually matters.

For today’s Bingo square, I’m tackling ‘Unsubscribe from 5 unwanted emails.”

If you’re playing along, what are you clearing today? 🧡

🌿 Did you know clutter isn’t just physical?

It can also show up in your mind, your emotions, your calendar, and your digital life — and all of that “life clutter” quietly takes up energy, attention, and space.

That’s why Create Space Bingo isn’t really about having a tidier life. It’s about clearing some of what’s crowding you so there’s more room for what actually matters — your goals, your relationships, your presence, your peace, and even the space to hear yourself think.

👉 If you haven’t grabbed your card yet, you can get the free digital or printable version at the link in my bio and play along with me this week. 🧡

15 minutes or less. One small action. A little more room for what matters. 🧡

I have a little invitation for you! 🌿

Let's clear some clutter together — and have a little fun doing it!

I've been thinking about how much of our time and energy can get taken up by all the little things we're constantly managing.

The overflowing drawer. The emails we don't need. The commitments that no longer fit. The mental clutter that follows us around all day.

Individually, these things might seem small. But together? They can take up a surprising amount of space in our lives.

And that's space we could be using for things that actually matter to us.
So I created Create Space Bingo! ✨

It's a FREE 5-day challenge with 24 simple, doable actions to help you clear space in your inner and outer worlds — from your physical and digital spaces to your schedule, your mind, and the things that make life feel good.

And the best part? Each action takes 15 minutes or less.

I'll be playing October 14–18, and I'd love for you to join me!

Each day, I'll choose a square from my Bingo card and share what I'm creating space for. You can play along on your own, or feel free to share your own progress and tag me so I can cheer you on! 📣

You can grab your free printable or digital Bingo card here: https://intentionalsoul.myflodesk.com/bingo

And if you can't join us October 14–18, no worries! You can play anytime.
Here's to creating a little more space for what matters — and enjoying life along the way! 🌿

Creating space isn’t really about becoming more organized.

It’s about making life easier to live. 🌿

A cleared surface can make a room feel calmer.

A simple routine can reduce the number of decisions you have to make.

A quieter mind can help you hear what you actually think.

Blocking off an afternoon can become time for a walk, a book, a friend, a little adventure — or simply nothing at all.

Space is a tool, not the destination.

We’re not clearing things away just for the satisfaction of having less. We’re making room for more of what matters: presence, energy, creativity, rest, relationships, possibility, joy.

That’s a big part of what Intentional Soul is about — looking at the physical, digital, mental, and time clutter that can quietly crowd out the life we actually want to be living.

So if “getting organized” ever starts to feel like one more thing you’re supposed to succeed at, come back to this question:

→ What do I want this space to make possible?

📌 Save this one for the next time you need that reminder, or share it with a friend who needs to hear this. 🧡

I'm such a nerd when it comes to decluttering, organizing, routines and good systems.

Seriously -- give me a messy digital folder to organize and I am in my happy place. 😆

But I don’t believe any of those things are the point.

The space is the point.

The clear kitchen counter isn’t the destination.

🍲 Maybe it means cooking feels easier.

The better routine isn’t the destination.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Maybe it means your morning stops feeling frantic.

The open Saturday afternoon isn’t the destination.

📖 Maybe it gives you time to hike, read, wander around a bookstore, sit outside with tea or do absolutely nothing productive at all.

That’s why “create space” matters so much to me.

Not because I think life should be perfectly tidy.

Because I want enough room in mine to actually live it.

So I’m curious:

What would you love to have a little more room for in your life right now?

👇🏻 Drop it in the comments below if you're open to sharing -- I'd love to know what you're feeling called to create more space for in your life this season. 🧡

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about what I want Intentional Soul to stand for in this next chapter.

And I keep coming back to this:

Your life is not something to manage. It’s something to live.

Of course, there will always be things to manage. Bills and appointments and laundry and work and clutter and all the wildly unglamorous pieces of being a person.

And I’m still a big believer in creating change -- I'm all about setting goals, building helpful systems, clearing what isn’t working and intentionally shaping our lives around what matters.

But I don’t want to become so focused on making life better that I miss the life I’m already in (and I've certainly found myself in this scenario at times).

I don’t want to spend five years working toward “someday” and discover that I barely remember the days that got me there.

I want both.

To create my life and experience my life.

To keep growing without treating the present like a waiting room.

That’s the heart of where Intentional Soul is going.

And honestly, it feels much more like home.

Which part of this feels most relevant to you right now: pause, choose, create space or live?

🍁 Fall is officially here!
It’s the perfect time to pause, take a breath, and clear out what’s been weighing you down.

Just like the trees let go of their leaves, we get to release anything that’s no longer serving us — old habits, clutter (mental or physical), negative self-talk... whatever feels heavy.

This season is all about making space—for rest, for clarity, and for new growth in the months ahead.

So let’s do a little Fall reset together 💛

👉 What’s one thing you’d love to release this season?
Drop it in the comments—I’d love to hear!
