Towering above forests, coastlines, and sandy Florida landscapes, pines offer far more than shade and scenery. These beloved evergreens have a long history of supporting wellness, with their needles, inner bark, and resin all traditionally used in herbal practice.

One of the simplest ways to enjoy pine is as a fresh needle tea. Bright, aromatic, and rich in vitamin C, pine pairs beautifully with other herbs throughout the seasons:

🌿 Thyme + Bee Balm for seasonal wellness support
🔥 Cinnamon + Cardamom + Ginger for warming winter blends

🌿✨ Celebrating our May Roots of Herbalism graduates in Fort Myers! ✨🌿

What a beautiful weekend of learning, discovery, and connection. Over two days, these students explored the foundations of herbalism, sampled herbs, crafted herbal preparations, and deepened their relationship with the natural world.

We're grateful for the energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm each of you brought to the experience. Watching new herbal journeys begin is one of our greatest joys.
