Co-regulation is one of the greatest gifts we can give our children. 💛

When our kids experience big emotions, they don’t need us to “fix” their feelings—they need us to help them feel safe enough to move through them. Every calm response, every moment of connection, and every “I’m here with you” teaches their nervous system how to regulate.
