Authentic-East Services offered:
-Yoga (Advanced yoga practices - all levels welcome);
-Thai Yoga healing;
-Life Coaching (plus NLP);
-Martial Arts (Silat by appointment)

We are a husband and wife team dedicated to deliver only the very best authentic arts from the East to you. We teach Silat (various forms, email us to discover all the variations. Learned and qualified from Indonesia), Krabi Krabong (learned and qualified from Thailand), Advanced Yoga practices (learned and qualified from India), Thai Massage (learned and qualified from Thailand - Government certified to teach and to deliver), Life coaching and NLP - Neuro-linguistic Programming (from the Coaching Academy in London).

So the services we offer are Group and Private sessions in:

* Martial Arts (Silat & Krabi Krabong);
* All Yoga practices (Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and the various forms of Asanas - E.g. Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Iyengar, etc);
* Deliver & teach Thai Massage (full two hour floor massage, table, chair, foot reflexology masages, therapeutic massages);
* Life Coaching sessions including NLP to help overcome self-limiting beliefs
