A posture trainer can be a great tool, but it works best when paired with strengthening exercises. 🤝
Office Manager, Emily, demonstrates three exercises that can help support better posture and shoulder function:
✔️ Scapular Depression – strengthens the lats and muscles that support shoulder stability
✔️ Pull Aparts – strengthens the rear delts and upper back to help support proper posture
✔️ External Rotation – strengthens key rotator cuff muscles for healthy shoulder mechanics
The posture trainer can also be worn periodically throughout the day to help reinforce postural awareness while working at a desk. 💻
