When you choose your surgeon carefully, the results speak for themselves. This patient has previously seen another surgeon about her thighs, and that surgeon performed liposuction to "fix" her problem. In reality, he created a problem because she was not happy with the result obtained.

She was unhappy with her thighs sometimes rubbing while running and the thigh roll in the back of her thighs. I have been performing subfascial breast augmentation longer than most surgeons and use a hybrid breast augmentation technique. This technique offers several advantages:

While illegal in the US and many countries, silicone injections are still performed. Free silicone injections in the gluteal region are a ticking time bomb.

When free liquid silicone or biopolymers are injected directly into tissue, they don't stay neatly in place. Over time, the body treats the foreign material as a threat, creating dense scar tissue (granulomas), causing chronic inflammation, severe skin discoloration, pain, and migration into surrounding structures.

Here is what you need to understand if you’re suffering from previous gluteal injections:

1️⃣ Complete 100% removal is rarely possible (and safety comes first). Liquid silicone intertwines with surrounding healthy muscle, blood vessels, and soft tissue like a sponge.
