✨ Meet Alexa Cavarlez! ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Alexa to our Freedom Clinic! 💙

Alexa is a Master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Stetson University and a student intern at Everyone’s Counseling Center. She brings a passion for helping others, a person-centered approach, and a commitment to creating a space where every client feels heard, supported, and never judged.

🏆 Alexa was also named Volunteer of the Year in 2025 by both The Nurture Group and Florida Victim Service Centers!

She is currently accepting new clients for in-person and telehealth sessions.

📚 When she’s not counseling, Alexa loves reading, working out, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.

This session is designed to provide an introduction to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and the practical skills it offers for navigating emotions, relationships, stress, and everyday challenges.

Whether you’re new to DBT, considering treatment, or simply interested in learning, everyone is welcome! 💚
