For years patients have asked me what I do to stay in shape. What my diet is, or even what workout routines I use.
 
After guiding a patient recently, we were able to help him reach his health and fitness goals. So, I decided to create a program for Dads looking to make changes in their lifestyle so they feel better and can keep up with their kids!
