The reason I don’t get hurt…

Everything is moving together naturally. The majority of traditional lifting, Pilaties, and yoga is not how we move naturally as humans.

Our body does not move individual muscles, it moves all of them at once. This allows me to lift heavy and disperse the forces throughout the body instead of them dumping into my joints.

We move better than you… 😜

At the age of 36 I want to:
✅ Not Hurt
✅ Be Athletic
✅ Look Good Naked

I can lift heavy and I never get hurt. I don’t have hours each day to stretch, but these exercises increase my flexibility while also toning my body.

After a workout, my mind & body are ready to go.. im not beat for the rest of the day.

Guys my age are already slowing down, but I’m not about that life. 💪

🎾 The tennis muscle… duhhh

You shouldn’t exercise individual muscles only, it’s a sure fire way to get you injured down the road.

Think about tennis, golf, running, or throwing a ball..
Which muscles are you working?

All of them, so you need to train in a manner that works all of your muscles together with rhythm and timing.

When all muscles work together, vs individually, you significantly reduce the unwanted stress on your joints.

Plus this way of exercising and moving clears inflammation out of the body while also toning it. And most people are carrying 15-20lbs of excess inflammation.

This is why working out harder and crash diets don’t work for people.

This is hands down the best style of exercise if you want flexibility, strength, performance, and injury prevention — all in one workout.

Instead of isolating muscles with “chest day” or “leg day,” I train specific lines and patterns of movement — exactly how the human body was designed to move.

Today I’m focusing on the powerful X-patterns in the body. These movements load and strengthen the glute on one side while lengthening and strengthening the opposite lat. It’s an incredible way to build flexibility in the hips and spine while strengthening the muscles around the hips, shoulders, and back.

I did 3 sets of each exercise, 30 seconds on each side.

I was over-served 🍻

We’ve all been there. It happens.

And honestly… sometimes that’s just part of my life.

I’m not perfect when it comes to health and wellness, but I’ve learned that balance is everything. After 20+ years in this industry, I truly believe it’s the most important thing you can focus on.
