The reason I don’t get hurt…
Everything is moving together naturally. The majority of traditional lifting, Pilaties, and yoga is not how we move naturally as humans.
Our body does not move individual muscles, it moves all of them at once. This allows me to lift heavy and disperse the forces throughout the body instead of them dumping into my joints.
